The artwork metaphorically explores the effects of harsh communism in Iran, the
ideology that people should have the same income and mindset and follow the
supreme leader. There are homogeneous buildings where they all have unity and
pattern which symbolizes the mindset the ideology believes. The emphasis of the
artwork are the three unsymmetrical structures at the bottom of the painting that
symbolizes creativeness, uniqueness and hope. The grid represents Iran’s
incompleteness
